Telepathic Moon Dance is a jazz-fusion jam band that catches the ear, entices the mind, and compels the booty. Herbie Hancock, James Brown, Jimi Hendrix, and Fela Kuti are influences of drummer/composer/bandleader Walker Adams who has played for St. Vincent and fusion bassist Percy Jones. The Vermonter-turned-Brooklynite now resides in Hudson Valley NY where he brings his unique band to prestigious local venues The Falcon, Angry Orchard, and CoSM. With three albums released and two more on the horizon, TMD is a must-see band on the rise.
