RoseAnn Fino

No reservations
With opening act:

RoseAnn Fino is a Hudson Valley-based singer/songwriter who first came onto the scene with her debut album on Woodstock Records in 2013, with subsequent releases recorded at Atomic Sound Studios and The Building. She spent over a decade touring and performing in NYC—as a musician, standup comic, and storyteller—before returning to her hometown. Fino’s songs, Americana with a punk edge, “grapple with the millennial perils of post-bust America” (Elmore Magazine). From 2016–2019, Fino ran a monthly fundraising show titled “Not My President” that brought musicians and comedians together to raise money for nonprofits. She currently runs “Love is the Message,” a Hudson Valley-based fundraising show for local food pantries.

Join RoseAnn Fino and band for a release show of her newest EP, “Up in Smoke.” She will be joined by Hudson Valley musicians Caroline Ryan, Dean Mahoney, and Drew Murtaugh.

Her newest release, “Up in Smoke,” was recorded here in Marlboro, NY, at Welterweight Studios under Ryan Dieringer, who recorded, mixed, and mastered the EP. These songs are about returning to your hometown and your lost culture, with a mix of original tunes and reinterpretations of Yiddish folk songs. The songs grapple with believing in a just world while witnessing your dreams disappear and be replaced by the unexpected.

The first single, “Daloy Politsey,” released on 9/4, will have all proceeds go to Columbia County Sanctuary Movement, who work to organize immigrants and allies to collectively support, empower, and defend their local community.

RoseAnn’s music can be found on all streaming platforms and at roseannfino.com.
