Professor Louie & The Crowmatix from Woodstock, NY combine elements of rock ’n’ roll, blues, folk, gospel, and jam-band. PL&C are constantly evolving with new material. In 2025, PL&C released the full recording Crowin’ Around on Woodstock Records. The group performs consistently and has a dedicated fan base. The songs on Crowin’ Around have added a new dimension to their live shows with originals, along with songs by artists Louie has worked with and produced—including The Band, Commander Cody, Graham Parker, Bob Dylan, and more.

Their connection with audiences at shows helps create a family rapport. Professor Louie (keyboards, vocals, accordion) is joined onstage by bandmates Miss Marie (vocals, percussion, piano), Frank Campbell (bass, vocals), the guitar-slinging skills of Todd Mihan, and drummer Dan Hickey.
