Neil Alexander & NAIL | Neil Alexander Birthday Celebration!
Originally formed as a prog/punk outfit in 1999, Neil Alexander & NAIL has morphed over their 26-year tenure to become the area’s premiere original electric jazz/world fusion ensemble, skillfully combining world fusion grooves with down home funk, post-bop burners, Indian style jams and beautiful ballads. NAIL is led by keyboardist/composer and Falcon regular Neil ‘Nail’ Alexander, whose multiple keyboards evoke electronic orchestras and sonic atmospheres. Backed by the powerhouse rhythm section of long-time members Brian Mooney (basses) and Nadav Snir-Zelniker (drums) and joined by local guitar phenom Owen Dudley and master musicians Premik Russel Tubbs (sax, flute, EWI) and Todd Isler (percussion), NAIL takes the audience on a truly original and unforgettable sonic adventure.
