Denis Fab Band
From Poughkeepsie, NY's neighborhood bars and coffee shops to NYC’s oldest Rock & Roll club, Denis Fab has emerged on the New York music scene, with a strong fan base that began in his hometown. Inspired by the music of the 1960’s British Invasion, as well as the modern sounds of today, Denis Fab continues to define his sound.
Whether it's the catchy melodies and good time feel of “Clap Your Hands”, or the bittersweet vibe of “Mr. McCullough”, Fab’s music portrays the feeling of the ups and downs of day to day lives. In the emotional “For Thomas”, written for his late Grandfather, he describes the hardships a young man had to overcome during World War II, and returning home, building a joyful life surrounded by the ones that he loved.
“For Thomas is my Grandfather’s story - a song that anyone with family from the Greatest Generation can relate to."
Fab to reaches out to fans throughout the tri-state region including New York City. Although he began playing local coffee shops and bars, he migrated south to The Big Apple, where he performed at New York City’s oldest and most legendary Rock & Roll club The Bitter End, home to many of the most important musical acts, past and present.
With the upcoming 2020 release of his debut album “Calendar Days,” Denis Fab continues to write and perform the songs that define who he is, and that will relate to people of all ages.
