Both internationally acclaimed as songwriters / guitarists, married Virginia-natives Paul Curreri & Devon Sproule have both recently released new records — Curreri’s sixth, California ("13 intimate, luminously produced tracks” -- MOJO), and Sproule’s fifth, ¡Don’t Hurry For Heaven! (“infectious Appalachian stomp with jazz shadings” — Uncut). Married yes, but the two actually rarely perform together, preferring to focus on their individual careers. So this is quite a treat indeed. Tonight’s show will feature solo sets from both, along with a bonus set of duets. This is the first visit for Curreri & Sproule to The Falcon and we trust this is going to be a particularly special evening.
